Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pin Drop Chaos. We hope you love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.
Returns and Exchanges:
Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be defective in order to initiate a return or exchange. We request our customers to refer our size guide before placing an order. Sizing issues will not be eligible for returns or exchange since we manufacture our products on order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [customer service email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The return or exchange would be scheduled and detailed instructions on how to proceed will be provided.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped out within 2 business days after the return is processed.
Refunds:
Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at pindropchaos@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
